I am an Assistant Professor at Department of Diagnostic Radiology and ECE at National University of Singapore (NUS). Before joining NUS, I was a postdoctoral researcher at Department of Radiation Oncology, Stanford University, working with Prof. Lei Xing currently a Postdoc Fellow in the Department of Radiation Oncology of Stanford University, advised by Prof. Lei Xing. I received my Ph.D. degree in the Department of Electronic Engineering, The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2021, supervised by Prof. Max Q.-H. Meng and Prof. Hongsheng Li.

My research interests include artificial intelligence and its applications on healthcare, with an emphasized application to medical imaging, medical image analysis and multimodal learning. I recently work on 1)Multimodal AI for precision medicine, especially the integration of histopathology, genomics, and spatial omics; 2) AI for spatial biology and biomedical discovery; 3) Foundation models and AI agents.
